30+ Day Stay or Purchase in PLCA

Start here by filling out our 30+ Day Application.  Your application will not be processed without the $150 application fee for married couples, or $150 per person for singles and companies.

All of our residents must be a member of a nudist organization.  Apply here to join AANR (American Association of Nude Recreation) and NAPL (Neighborhood Association Paradise Lakes).  One form per person living in your unit.

All 30+ day residents and owners are subject to a background check.  Please have a scan of your driver's license(s) ready to upload (one per resident).

Owners are allowed 2 pets, renters are allowed 1 pet.  All pets must have current rabies vaccinations.  For Service Animals, please see next application.  There is a $25 per pet fee.

Service Animals are welcome at PLCA.  Please fill out the form, one form per Service Animal.
